I grew up Watching the 60's Batman on TV, and LOVED The GREEN HORNET and Kato when they came on...well, as I got older I saw the whole GREEN HORNET tv series and also bought The GREEN HORNET serials from the 40's. (and of course read all the newer comics when they came out. I know that once I had the right figures, I would make my own.
He came with a gas gun (1/2 sculpey 1/2 cut up flint lock from Pirates of the Caribbean)
Gas gun effect - smoke from POTC pistol, repainted
The collapsed "Stinger" - a plastic stick with sculpey
Stinger out fully - same plastic stick, piece of a pen top for the handle and sculpey accents
Stand - from Green Lantern line

Recipe:
Body - Universal Monsters Mr. Hyde
Hands - Munsters Grandpa
Head - Heroes Noah Bennet (sans glasses)
Hat - WWE figure - that one was hard because I have like 3-4 of them but they ALL bent straight up in the front, so I took one and heated it on low heat and then used a clothes pin to reform the front so it didn't point straight up.
