I took the head and cape off, removed the ears, and sculpted over to smooth out the head.
I removed the belt buckle, and replaced it with a small piece of round plastic, sculpted the Robin logo on his chest, added two leather straps with small pieces of wooden rods on his chest/back, some rubber for the glove accents, and also some foam for the boots.
The staff is an acrylic rod resized, and painted chrome on both ends.
Finally, a full paint job and sealer!!!
