Simply take apart the two figures at the head and torso. Trim Glenn's neck as needed. Hollow out the neck hole. Comprises the Governer's head, Glenn's torso, and Governer legs. Add details to fit Drake as he is featured I the series. My custom is from the third game. Super glue, a sharp knife,a black sharpie, a tiny flathead screwdriver, and a lighter were my main tools for this project. Any additions on this figure were from Glenn's weapons or various fodder.
