So for this member of my Justice League, I used Mirror Master as a base. Since I had Superman's head left over from my Hal Jordan custom, I swapped it on. After that, I used some epoxy putty to resculpt his neck, then used a boxcutter for some minor details on the base figure. After all of that was complete, I repainted the whole figure to match the deep-blue deity!
