Though he was once a S.H.I.E.L.D agent, everything changed when he inherited the Quantum bands and became the protector of the universe. Saving the earth man times,he has proved to be a true hero.
To make Quasar I used a Sentry marvel legends base. Only a little sculpting was needed for his hair and bands. I used testors paint which gave a great shine. Hope you like ! :)
