Figure: dc universe classic blue Aqua Man
Hair: small very tight rolled strips of cotton. Quentin Turnbull hair peace in the back. Trimmed down so the head can turn.
Cape: McFarland random cheap figure. I put wires on the cape and drilled holes in the upper chest to give the figure more movement.
Head: junk box, just make sure it has short hair.
Beads: are real, some painted to match.
Little Sculls: lizard from Spider-Man movie painted and drill.
Stick: From a hobbit figure, lightly brushed with wire and cotton for the flames. Wire and cotton made it easy to glue the sculls on the end.
