Thanks Supa. He was an attorney for the mob that wouldn't comply with their demands and he was tortured & blinded by them. He was given an experimental surgery to restore his sight that left him able to see perfectly in the dark. Hes kinda daredevil, the punisher and batman combined and predates all 3.
