Trying to find the right scale for this guy was different. Originally my only idea was to use a BattleBeast figure. Then I saw those ImagineNext figures and bought the two pack with Yoda and Luke. Yoda turned into Dungeon Master and Luke turned out to make a nice Bobby. I used green stuff for the first time to make his boot tops. Shaved away a bunch of bits, added a bunch of others, switched out the hands, cut n’ sculpted the club, painted and done done.

Helmet: SW Luke Skywalker Imperial Guard disguise and green stuff for the horns
Head, Body, Legs: PlaySkool Luke Skywalker
Hands: G.I. Cobra officer (v8)
Harness: GI Joe parachute harness fodder and green stuff
Waist: GI Snow Serpent (v8)
Club: Xmen Origins Sabertooth

I really like your take on Bobby the Barbarian! You managed to use a base figure that really does look like a young kid.
