Anaconda underwent surgical enhancement by Roxxon, which included gills and elongating arms, in order to retrieve the Serpent Crown. She joined the Serpent Squad and later the team was renamed the Serpent Society. She has battled many heroes in her nefarious adventures, including Captain America, the Thing, and the X-Men.
After completing King Cobra recently, I knew I wanted my Serpent Society collection to grow. I noticed I had a spare Emma Frost hairpiece, and that was the catalyst for this one. Ann O'Brien provided the head, torso, and legs. The upper arms are from a pre-ML She-Hulk, lower telescoping arms are from Mr. Fantastic accessories. The hands, bracelets, and loincloth are from various Street Fighter figures. The boots are from Doc Ock. And yes, the chest was, ahem, enhanced. Despite all the various pieces that went into crafting this figure, it was a relative breeze to make. Everything came together smoothly. That rarely happens!
