I came across this Hunger Games figure, & as soon as I saw it I knew He would make a great Richard Rider Nova Figure. The Helmet is a Judge Dred helmet. I chose to go with a more sleek & simplistic version for his belt, as well as wrist & Leg armor. Went with a full gloss outfit to give it more of a armored Speed suit effect.
