WandererX and Marvelnerd15 both posted excellent versions of this character a while back, so here I offer my humble effort. The recipe goes:
Head: DC Direct Justice League Fire with headdress made from Apoxie sculpt
Body: DC Direct Hawkwoman with wings painted black
Robe and inner cape was hand stitched from a jewelry swag bag my son had tossed
Outer cape came from a Marvel Satanna figure, painted the inside of the cape purple
Scepter donated courtesy of a DC Brightest Day Indigo.
