The base figure is Captain Britain from the Captain America First Avenger. I just wanted to add that I love using this figure for customizing. I have done a Batman and have a couple in my figure morgue for future projects. I trimmed the chin guard and added Epoxy Sculpt for the fin. The cape is from the old crusader from the Indiana Jones line. I airbrushed most of the figure and detailed with a brush.
