I was really disappointed by the fact that we didn´t get a movie Red skull, with Hugo Weaving likeness..so, I took matters into my own hands. I was going to make him in his first avenger movie duds, but in the end I liked the more modern look in turtleneck sweater and trenchcoat (less sculpting work, too!! :D)
So, I took the red skull head, I dremeled and sanded his features and then completely re-sculpted from the nose down. For the unmasked head, I used an Ellrond head from Lord of the rings, ears from Guile (figure was originally long-haired and earless) and a partial re-sculpt of the cranium and then the hair. Lastly, I wasn´t a big fan of the light grey pants, so I gave him a full black repaint. I really love how he came out overall.
