Wanted to capture the essence of Cyclops, but a younger version. I luv his 90's costume, so based my design on this. Found what I think is the perfect head for a youthful look, and tried to create a character in his early 20's. Hope you agree.

Recipe:
Base figure: Dolph Ziggler
Head: Chris Jericho ( hope that's how it's spelt)
All extras, belt, harness, gloves, leg detail made from electrical cable insulation, painted yellow (good fun)
Visor: LOR Legolas sword, painted
Pouches: GOW Locus fodder
Finished off with black base coat and 3 different blue dry brush coats and new hair colour.
