I cut away at Yoda’s ears until I was able to make “human” ones (if Dungeon Master is human). His bumpy head was epoxy’d over and also created his skull-et hair style.
His hands were boil & popped out and replaced with some GI Joe ones. I cut his feet to look like little boots and then entire thing was painted.

Body = Playskool heroes Yoda
Hands = G.I. Cobra officer (v8)
Shoulder thing = MU Kang

I never realized how much Dungeon Master resembled Yoda until I saw your custom. Good thinking, this figure looks perfect.

Nice, may have to look for something similiar to make a 6 inch scale Dungeon Master. That size may even work.

Don't do it.
In the cartoon Bobby and Dungeon Master are almost the same size. I was struggling wether or not to use this small a figure for the Dungeon Master. My Bobby will be 3 inches which is fine for the rest of the group, I just feel that DM is a little small.

One short, wise, old mentor figure turned into another. Seems so fitting to use a Yoda to become Dungeon Master and it looks great. Nice work.
