Here we have a Pitt custom figure that I did for a friend of mine a few months ago, and I'm just getting around to posting it here. It uses a Icons green hulk base figure. I completely redid the entire figure. I started by fixing the left leg that had snapped off at the hip. (fell off the top shelf)Next I filled in all of the peg holes, and sculpted the claws on the fingers and toes. I then swapped out the head and hair for the Pitt BAF head. (the only piece from the Pitt figure used) I painted him several times with the airbrush and went over it with several different dry brush colors. I finally came up with a color I was satisfied with. I then made the pants from fabric, covering up the original plastic pants. He even has pockets on the back. This technique was inspired by Spawnsauce customs. Since I was using fabric for the pants, and planning on using real metal chains, I thought it would be cool to make a real jacket for him. So I got a hold of a piece of black vinyl, and crafted the jacket from scratch. I distressed it and heated it up to make it look similar to the original and the comic. Finally I added the real metal chains to the legs arms and jacket. The cloth adds so much realism and covers up a lot of the gaps and joints in the legs. None of the REAL additions restrict the articulation. He took a long time to complete and a lot of new techniques were tried and re-tried, but finally I was happy with the final outcome. My friend was very happy with the figure, and thats what is really important. Please let me know what you think down below.
