Here is a custom Doomsday figure based on the DCUC Desperso Collect and Connect figure. This is not the first time it has been done of course, but I thought it was a good base, and I would give it a shot. The DC Direct figures are always too small, the one that Mattel might give us is going to be too big, and I wanted to have one the correct size. Doomsday is a big character, but not that big. The figure has a few pieces of the bone cast in resin from one of the DC direct Doomsday figures, on the arms and legs. The rest of the bones are sculpted over the Despero figure, including the head. I re-sculpted the pants and legs to be more accurate to the original design. The figure was completely repainted and sealed with clear acrylic paint. He is Standing with the Superman and Megan Fox as Supergirl figure for a size comparison. Please leave any comments below.
