I used the head and other parts from a mini ko Fortress Maximus, also used weapons from other ko's. Cyber key still activates gun, retooled and made room for the bigger head, so the he can still transform, got rid of the crane arm, replaced it with a gun and Fort Max would not be complete without the Master sword.
