Here is a Spider-man custom figure I did for my brother as a surprise. It is based on the Spider-man 2 18 inch figure. It has 67 points of articulation and is massive. To get idea of the size of it, the Wolverine figure in the second picture is six inches, and the Moon Knight is seven inches. I re-sculpted the eyes to look like the McFarlane area Spidey, but I kept the movie style spider on the back. I airbrushed the entire figure with a better blue and red combination then the factory used. Then I hand painted all of the black lines of the webbing.I then sealed it with a flat clear acrylic. To make them stand out,I painted the center of the eyes with a white pearl,the black on the outside of the eyes, and the spider on the chest, with a gloss black.Check out the other pictures on the Category 5 customs Facebook page.
