Hey guys, this is my first post on this amazing site. Gotta start off with a huge thanks to ALL of you on the Realm, I had no clue of this amazing craft and was so excited to see all the amazing pieces & talent on here(if you don't believe me look at how many I follow & comments I've made). You've probably seen my many posts of admiration via my old name:biggus_maximus.

I especially want to give a personal thanks to guys like manymackcreationz, Supertom, fireflamespit, VincentShaw, Patraw, 1andonly & my really good friend STJuggernaut. You guys went above & beyond to help me out with tips and kindness so thank you! Hopefully I can return the favor some day!
But I really have to thank a guy who probably has no clue he helped me out so much with his passion & love for the craft via his helpful tutorials and website: Jin Saotome, THANK YOU! 90% of what I learned with this craft came from you!

On to my custom: This took me forever but was worth it in the end. The design is something I came up with, when I think of Cable I think of this futuristic barbarian/viking buffed out bruiser. I love the classic designs but for some reason in my opinion they never gave me a portrayal of his character with his story that I really liked(not saying I know better-I'm no pro). But think about it, the guys from the future, and he would seem to have the advanced tech to undergo some serious enhancements to get rid of the techno organic virus on his weak side. Hence his Robotic arm, and futuristic leg armor. I wanted to show an emphasis on his arm by the overkill of accessories to show the versatility of it. But at the same time I thought he'd look more warrior like by not being covered up by tons of pouches and more challenging to show some skin. I also wanted him to have a gritty look also with the worn leather straps & shredded scarf/cape thing. I really tried making his paint job look "realistic" and that's where Vincent Shaw came in and showed me an awesome technique for his skin. I think I did it somewhat justice ;) Then I thought about what would the ultimate BAMF hand weapon be, similar to Halo's Power Sword how about a Power Axe?

He will be one of the leaders of my new set of redesigned X-Men, so be on the lookout for them, takes me forever though just because I'm wicked picky about stuff and don't like rushing art. Comments, critiques/suggestions are more than welcome since I'm still new at this & love learning.

Recipe: Base body: Mu Herc
Left Arm: Re-tooled Wreck-it Ralph
Lower legs: MU Cable
Boots: Warmachine
Pouches/weapons: Fodder
The rest is sculpted like his padded right forearm gloves, bullet chest strap & such
