Color Blanks were available at Target. They came with blank white bodies and a set of markers and stickers. My son and I collaborated on these when he was ten. Dr Fate has a sculpted crest and the cape was made from blister card plastic. Spectre and Hourman both have capes made from the same materials. All three were painted with acrylics.
