Started out with a Johnny Quick from the CSA five pack. I sculpted the belt, boots, gloves and head with apoxie sculpt. The head antlers and shoulder pieces were made with Instamorph moldable plastic. I used metallic blue and a flat purple paint.

Another awesome custom of a (relatively) obscure DC villain. Nice work, I liked the good doctor in the JLU. Funny how the Marvel Master of Magnetism is a bedrock character and powerful as all get out, but DC's magnet man is kinda third string, lol. Anyways great job!
