Nemesis Enforcer was definitely a winged wonder of the ancient world in G.I. JOE THE MOVIE (the animated one)

He was made completely from a DCU Despero base figure with some added armor parts from a Manga Spawn figure. The knee pads came from a Ninja Warriors figure. The shoulder armor was from Terrax. His wings are from Annihilus. Finally, the whole figure was repainted.

Since there are no 6 inch scale G.I. Joes, I included some others to go up against Nemesis Enforcer: instead of Sgt. Slaughter, another army boot wearing basher, Guile and instead of G.I. Joe's Lt. Falcon, another real American hero, Captain America.

This one's for all G.I. Joe fans! COBRA LA LA LA LA LA!
