So long ago I bought an Agent 47 figure, you know the old one that had zero articulation? I saw some great customs back then using his head on a wrestler body. I literally never got around to doing that though, so we'll time jump... at least 5 years or more. I bought a Lone Ranger figure on a whim because he was only $10 and remembered I had held onto the jacket and head of my original Hitman for years. Hoarding sometimes pays off... So I super carefully dremmeled out the head to make it the kind of joint necessary. Unfortunately my hands shake worse than a musical sequence from Footloose, so you can probably make out a horrible scar on his face I tried to repair when I slipped and nearly took out his eye. The good news is that he has the barcode totally preserved on the back of his head! The bad news is I wanted to show off his full range of motion instead of that.

Aside from that, I sanded the holster strings on the thighs and sleeves on the lower arms. Resculpted them as best I can, oh, and removed the revolver holsters and got him some .45's
