I made this customization for many years ago. I used based on the Ultimate Lizard, Spider man Classics series and the wings are the Annihilus BAF Marvel Legends. From what I remember: I shaved my chest and pulled the top of the head. Redid the chest and face modeling with epoxy, being careful with the beak with tongue and eyes. In part upon the eyes did a great eyebrow, that ran up the back of the head. I fixed wings with epoxy too. I used to paint a mixture of vinyl paints and bitumen to give shade. These inks have much smell, but it is the best finish that gives better and fixed joints.
