Another custom borne out of necessity in order to fill a glaring hole in my collection. I bought one of the TRU Exclusive All New X-Men sets on heavy discount specifically for use as a cheap box of fodder parts, and Black Bolt is the first to put that crappy set to use! lol... nothing insanely crazy here, just a slight bash of parts, but really, the costume line details were a serious pain. I'm convinced there's no way to get them PERFECTLY straight or clean if you're painting on a base figure with any kind of muscle detail on it; I took it as far as I needed to for me to be satisfied with, and left it at that. Very happy to have this guy in my collection now, especially since there was no way I was ever going to shell out for Hasbro's Black Bolt figure from back in the day... enjoy!

Head: ROML Bucky Cap (Screaming head is a heavily reshaped HML Banshee)
Lower Legs: HML Astonishing Cyclops
Tuning Fork: A piece of chain link cut from ROML Ghost Rider's chain skirt thingy
Wings: MU Black Bolt Wings x 4 (glued 2 together for each arm)
