Citadel was a soldier that was grafted adamantium skin from the Canadian Government and dubbed Weapon Y. Citadel and his men would hold the Governor General of Canada captive and come into conflict with Wolverine, Snowbird, Aurora and Shaman. Citadel resurfaces years later as a member of Alpha Strike.

Powers & Abilities
Citadel is a former soldier with adamantium skin and exo-skeleton. Citadel possesses superhuman strength, durability and resistance to injury.

Weapon Y! That is so cool. He looks fantastic. Fantastic work on the painting! So many guys were in Weapon Plus over the years. Hard to keep track of them all. lol He came out great!
