in another effort to add more to my growing tmnt collection i have mutagen man mainly based on the 2012 version with abit of a grittier look

the body parts was all sculpted painted red wit white brushing
shell is a toothpick box
shoulders and arms from power ranger
lower arms from mr fantatsic
legs were sandman and all of em covered in glue to get the effect painted to a few coats of yellow
