Hi guys , man I thought I wouldn't be able to post this , were there any problems yesterday , because no matter how many times I tried I couldn't connect here , just here! , oh well thank God , whatever it was obviously has been fix , therefore here we go . Today I bring you a piece that started as something else , I got a 2nd (all my custom are made of copies of figs in my collection , so there is always an original un-touch) Impact Wrestling Rayne and was perfect for another Power Girl custom I even went as far as to give cuff in arms and legs made out of small rubber band pieces to simulate gloves and boots (worked nicely) and then spray painted almost the whole figure pearl white (skip 2 days later , really wanted to make sure it was fully dry , this time) and was ready to continue , as luck would have I could not find a decent cape for (I know it a lame excuse , I see it now!) , and opted , for idea #2 a White Queen (cuffs and all) , however since I took so long , there already been posted 3 Emma Frost Custom , and I did mine it would feel like I was a copycat (again I know it stupid!) , so what to do , I really liked just how nice the paint came off , so it had to be some character blond and in white , then I remembered (thank to my friend OptimusLeo) the Legion of Super-Heroes Saturn Girl , went and check all her outfits (all cool) and choose to use pink in addition to the white in a design of my own , it came beautifully , the color match perfectly one with the other , I had an extra head of the same figure in the fodder and cut off it's hair to extend the one in mine (and cover the unpainted black shoulder straps) , now all that was needed to finished her was her Saturn emblem , problem #1 , didn't want to painted and possibly ruin her paintjob , problem #2 , even if I made something , glue was out of the equation (glue n' paint don't mix well , neutralize each other) , solution was quite simple , a belt and belt buckle made of a button with a wire bend at the tips glued to it and painted yellow , and since I wanted a bendable belt I simply used a white trash bag wire string and it worked nicely , could have make a custom base to show her powers and all , but looking at her it would be overkill , plus I want her placed with my other Legion figures in my collection and non of them have bases , and that the end of a 3 day ordeal , hope you like her (and yes , she's kind of big for the character , but hey , can't be a "girl" forever , maybe now she's Saturn Woman , wink, wink!!) , Thanks guys , later.
