Thunderbird is a Doc Samson body, with bracelets, belt and headband sculpted with epoxi. It was a royal pain to sand down the original belt. The feathers and fringes of the uniform were made using several layers of glued magazine paper, to give flexibility.

The whole figure was repainted, originally ghost-skinned, it's now something closer to a red skin; the uniform received a base coat of black and then drybrushed blue.

And at last, I've made some cut joints for his legs using screws, so that he can put his legs forward without the need of crouching.
