Hauptmann Deutschland is German for Captain Germany. He is also known as Vormund. He first appeared as a member of Schutz Heiliggruppe, whose mission was to capture the Red Skull. When fellow member Blitzkrieger was assassinated by Zeitgeist/Everyman, H.D. avenged him. He continues to be patriotic guardian of his country.
This figure is all Ultimate Captain America. I sanded down the boots and gloves and added rubber to elongate them. Removed the ears and modded the mask, and done. H.D. doesn't usually wear a leg holster (he's used a shoulder one), but I kept it 'cause it looked good!
