I really liked this head cast and thought it fit the character of 'Negan' from The Walking Dead perfectly, so I kind of ran with it. Not a particularly hard custom, most of it was kitbashed. The hair got repainted with a coat of flat black, but most of the work went into the bat.

It was originally a pink Barbie bat. I ran some light glue over the bat and smeared it to give it that textured look, then eventually painted it brown. Drilled the holes and put into the 'barbed wire' which was made from the twisties from some toy package and glued them in. The grip was made from electrical tape and finally, the bat was given a wash of black to make it look dirty and a dry brush dab of red for blood.
