Well, My collection is based on Marvel Movies Figures, so some of them are made by me.
Basically I took Hasbro Marvel Legends Emma Frost and gave her a Complete Repaint.

I Painted the skin on the legs for then do the boot string. The miniskirt and the "poncho" are from Cinderellas' rubber dress I painted white give them some cuts to fit on Emma's hips and neck.

After al the process i Used Silver paint to make the first part of the Diamond and then i use blue and silver "glue sparkles pencinl" in spanish we call it "escarcha" (I didn't find the name in Engliosh Sorry :P)
