Like a lot of people I started off with the Batman Legacy Edition Mr. Freeze, because, well, let's face it that figure is hideous! I was fortunate enough to have most of what I needed in my fodder box. The dome is from Mr. Freeze from the Batman (2003) line also from Mattel. For the freeze-pistol I just re-shaped the one that was included with DC Direct Rogue's Gallery Mr. Freeze. The backpack is just a slimmed down version of Phantasm's misc. weapon from Mask of the Phantasm movie series. I also added some red and silver flat back pearls to the chest and hands to add in some variety. I added the icicles to the base with Aves Apoxie Sculpt and gave it an icy paint job. All in all it did not take all that long to do and seems like a nice amalgamation of the animated series and comic book series design sensibilities.
