Used one of the very few Hogan heads that had a light skin tone and popped it on a Thunderpunch He-Man to resemble the vintage bootleg I had in my collection. Sculpted the headband and painted the designs on the head. Added a WWE Winged Eagle belt and the duo is complete! Simple but fun!
