Next one up for the New Warriors is Speedball. He was made using a ML 2-pack Human Torch with a DCUC Blue Beetle head. I sculpted the hair (first time sculpting hair).

The kinetic energy balls were from a DCUC Mr. Terrific. They are attached to the back using magnets (so they are easily removable).

Update: also sculpted the neck piece and sanded off the "4" chest plate and re-sculpted the chest using aves fixit.

I will probably try to tackle Night Thrasher next. Thanks for looking.

can't wait to see firestar from new warriors - do her in the yellow spider-friends outfit though - that was best costume she had .

Thanks. Night Thrasher is about 80% finished, and you will be happy to know that Firestar is about 20% finished and will be in her yellow costume.

Not bad. I'd like to see the circles on his boots a bit more clearly. I'm thinking of tackling this guy for my first custom.

GLJC - I actually did not do any circles on the boots. I just started customizing a couple of months ago, but the one thing I have learned is knowing your own limitations is more important than "comic accurate" - especially for the less-talented folks like myself. As you can see, I also passed on making his shorts "comic accurate", I just knew that I would have probably messed it up trying to be too precise. Just some friendly advice from another novice.
