If ya seen my other pic of the ML scale of this, I had to do it again in MU scale. This was a punisher figure used for the base, with a bullseye head. Made this one with the hood down, which was from a coat on a GI Joe figure. I had thopught of using the hood from Zartan but decided against it.
Holsters, weapons , straps and Sheath all out of my fodder box and the rest is pure sculpt.
I use citadel paints, chaos black primer, Mordian Blue base coat, Black wash then dry brushed with shadow grey. Added a lil white to the shadow grey to add in highlights. The white on ther straps etc is Vallejo, find they do a better white than citadel
