Sorry bout the pictures, I got lazy. Anyway. Lots of sanding down, basically. I popped the shoulder pad deal off, ditched the cape and sanded down the yellow piping. Then, sanded his chest to get rid of the shield. Painted it all black, sculpted on the piping, painted it white then yellow, printed the logos and glued 'em on.
