Awesome Sasha, I am planning to make a Tara figure and use a base of Maggie. How did you make the boots shorter?

I cut the boots off the size I needed. then dremaled the rest to match the pants. then board a little hole in the bottom of the leg and top of the boot. took a piece of plastic cut it down glued one end in the leg and one in the boot. I used some scrap g.I.joe antana for mine.
