Hood: RotS Deluxe Palpatine
Body: Chancellor Palpatine, with sleeves modified.

This is my second custom of this scene specific costume. The first version used a soft-goods robe that I sewed myself, but I wanted one that would look really good for display, and I saw that someone used the chancellor body. I thought it was a perfect base figure, so I made my own. In order to make my custom distinct (and accurate) I cut the extremely long sleeves and resclupted a rounded bottom for each.
