For head, I combined MU Omega Red face (upper half from nose) and 4 inch Blanka's jaw. Fangs, teeth, hair and other details were sculpted.
Hands and lower legs were from MU Omega Red. Hair around shoulder was from MU Kraven.
Also shoulders, arms, hands were sculpted.
