With the new Ulitmates out, I saw the new Hawkeye and said that he needs a toy! So I took LCBH madman, reculpted the face, added boot cuffs, arm gauntlets, and his arm band with sculpty. Then I added some random Army men holsters and backwear, along with twin guns from Air Strike Wolverine, glasses from some wrestling figure, and the bullseye on this head and there you have it!
