This is another for 211. I had not heard of Cortez before this, but his design is cool. I used a ML Drax for the base, everything on him is sculpt with a Steve Rogers head that I made bald and sculpted goggles. This was a ton of sculpt, but it was fun. The problem with doing these older video game characters is knowing what they look like, but 211 sent me a ton of screen caps for reference, so the only problem was the details are kind of vague with the limitations on the graphics, so I got the basic design of every detail, but I had to be creative with some of the specifics. I am really happy with how he turned out, and I hope you guys like him.
