Found an extra carnage figure for $14.99 so I figured I'd give this a shot, shortened the arms, put on Bucky hands and FO DD head and holster. Rest was sculpt. I made a slight variant in his main color and the color on his gloves, boots, belt, symbol, horns, and eyes. The main body is a little darker and has a sheen to it. Gloves are more flat. I thought it came out good. I put it on ebay out of need but not sure I'm happy about it. Hopefully someone will really enjoy it
