Having some fun with some fodder. Morbius was created using an unidentified winged creature, Im guessing from Underworld or VanHelsing (used head and Chest. Head was given a better set of upper teeth! Body from a lizard figure, lower legs from UFC Fighter and Hands from DCU Low, with modifications (adding another finger, removing ring)
