Simple recipe: Just took a ML1 Cap and cut his torso off at the bottom of his belt. Then glued that to the crotch of a DCUC figure. Glued to groin together after inserting the legs then used Aves Apoxy to cover up the patchwork. I also sculpted over his mask a little to make it look more appealing and abs into his lower torso because I always felt that part of the figure just looked a bit strange.
