I originally intended to do the outfit she wore while with the Starjammers but it's been done many times so well here. Plus I have been in love with her look from the Wolverine and The X Men cartoon. It's just so sexy for her. So I went for it here minus one of the shear capes. Here is the recipe.
Head: 2 pack Black Widow with green craft thread for hair. Tiara from Star Sapphire collar.
Body: Madame Hydra
Lower Arms: Hope
Hands and Cape: ToyBiz Water Wars Storm
Feet: Sandman Series Mary Jane
Belt and stripes: Rubber bands
