Coming off my annual hiatus, I decided to do a couple of original concept Borderlands vehicles. I was looking at the other two COPS vehicles I had and they reminded me so much of a Borderlands Runner and Technical, I just had to go with it. For this first one, there is a bit of a backstory to tie it into the game, warning, if you haven't played Borderlands 2 there is a minor spoiler to follow. Esentially, when Gaige went back into Frostburn Canyon to stop the Cult of the Firehawk (on behalf of the Firehawk), she ended up killing Incinerator Clayton. She had heard rumors of Clayton having a badass custom runner, so once he was dead, she knew she had to find it. After much searching (and many dead firehawks) she found Clayton's runner, The FireHawk, hidden in a garage in Blisterpus Camp. She stole the runner, blasted her way out of Frostburn Canyon and headed to Elle's in The Dust, where she and Elle customized it to better suit Gaige's needs.
