My daughter designed this figure when she was younger, finally sculpted it out and did my best to paint it. It is a Marvel Legends Thing with the demonic hooves and leg extensions made from the lower thigh and knee joint of a random wrestling figure. This trick works well for demon hooves for Magik, making Wolfsbane's were-paws, and any other custom where extension of the foot bones and animal-like appendages are needed. Normally I would add a swivel-rotator, but this figure is very heavy and needed all the support I could come up with to freestand.

Materials used were JB Water Weld and PC-Marine epoxies for the sculpt, Folk-Art for the paint with testor's 1260 flat clear laquer dullcote to protect. Thank you so much to the tutorial writers for painting knowledge, this is my first attempt at complex sculpt and paint, my specialty is mechanical manipulations and connections between pieces, adding articulation, etc. First picture is completed figure, second is scuplt stage, and third is a picture of the cut lines for the thigh to hoof conversion and also the heel-articulation increasing carve-out line, faint but there on the heel. I use a top-end corona bypass pruning shear to safely cut many of my thicker pieces - accurate and powerful plus fast, easy to start back a ways then work to a line as well without risk of using a knife when not necessary.

Adira is one of many physically imposing females developed in collaboration with my daughter over the past ten years. She is Ben Grimm's unborn child with Alicia, stolen from the womb not long after conception to be raised in Belasco's demon tanks. With the downfall of Belasco, she was rescued by her brother Thard and raised by him in Limbo. Although he has been in Limbo longer than her and is much older, his story was much the same, with the exception that his liberator was the demon S'ym. Adira grows up doing odd jobs for her brother's Ethereal Detective Agency, learning every trick of magic and forensic science. Her powers are enhanced and changed by the energy of Limbo much the same as other super-powered beings. One day she hopes to meet her mother and father and tell them her story. Although he may not know it, her hatred for Belasco makes Adira one of his strongest enemies, and she trains her body and mind daily to fight against the black hatred she harbors for the evil magician.
