Torso was Luke Cage, head was his too but sculpted over, arms were from a war machine, lower legs were from a GI Joe but I sculpted the pockets, and then of course just the painting,

Yes, switched them at the shoulder. Wasn't easy, I first had to crack figure and re work the war machine shoulders to fit the Luke Cage chest then as to not lose articulation I drilled 2 small holes and used the twist cable to secure the shoulder pads which still move up and down to allow the arms to go all the way up and around
